Overview
Don started this business back in 1993 largely due to installation nightmares with several large companies he worked for in the Denver area. He had no control over the crews that were chosen or the quality of work they performed. Now, we have complete control over every aspect of the installation side of the business. Our strong belief is that the installation is the most important part of any great job. You can pay top dollar for premium products, but if they are installed poorly or improperly, you can still end up very unhappy. We are glad to have complete confidence in our installers and, therefore, your satisfaction.
Don's commitment when he struck out on his own was to give the very best installations possible, to give the same great job to every customer, and to guarantee satisfaction with every installation. Don's commitment is put to the test on every contract we write here at Prestige Products because we never ask for a penny down payment, and we only receive payment for a job when it is complete and you, the customer, are totally satisfied.
To fulfill this promise, we have aligned ourselves with the very best installers in the Denver-metro area. Although these guys are so good that they could work for any company, they maintain a virtually exclusive relationship with us. Our business would not be as successful as it is if our installers were not consistently giving our customers the very best job possible. There may be other installers in Colorado that are as good as these guys, but we are confident that there's nobody better!
